Community for Health Hearts (CH2) is a three-year project aims to improve blood pressure control among adults in Vietnam by increasing access to and use of high-quality hypertension services that are sustainable and scalable.

As part of the project, Glink was co-operated with CH2 through Innovation Fund to expand model of Screening and management for hypertension in Thu Duc and Go Vap districts. The goal until 2018 is to screen for 10.000 people over 40 years old in the project areas

After 2018, the project will move to phrase 2 with new models in hypertension management.

Moreover, Glink also aims at providing other services related to other non-communicable diseases such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes in the coming period to serve elderly and people with low-income
